Do I have to be a carpenter or a joiner to become a partner?
Yes, having completed an apprenticeship in carpentry or joinery is a requirement for us—that’s important to us, and we stand by it.
Do I need prior sales experience?
No, not necessarily. You’ll receive up to 10 days of training in our proven sales system, followed by regular sales training—prior sales experience is not required.
I'm still employed—can I still get started?
Yes, many of our partners come from a salaried employment background. We’ll guide you step by step through the transition to self-employment.
Do I need equity to get started?
No, equity isn’t a requirement—but those who have some will have an easier time getting started.
Will I get an exclusive area?
You’ll be assigned your own territory. At the same time, as Cabinetheroes partners, you’re part of a network—you support one another, and collaboration among partners is strongly encouraged.
How does customer acquisition work—do I have to handle the marketing myself?
You don’t have to worry about acquiring new customers—we’ll handle that for you centrally. You’ll benefit from our proven marketing strategy and continuously optimized campaigns.
How long does it take from the time I apply until I start?
It depends on availability and scheduling, but you can often start in as little as 4 to 6 weeks.
