How do I get to know my Cabinetheroes on site?

After you have submitted your request via our website, our team will first contact you by telephone to briefly discuss your project and arrange a suitable date.

You will then meet your Cabinetheroes from your region in person – directly at your home. He will discuss your requirements with you on site, take measurements and work with you to plan your individual, made-to-measure wardrobe solution.

The measurement and personal consultation on site are completely free of charge and non-binding. You receive a service worth around €220 – with no obligation.

Do I always speak directly to my Cabinetheroes?

Not always immediately. Our head office team will often call you first to take your request and coordinate an appointment.

Your Cabinetheroes will then take over the personal planning on site and accompany you through your project – from the initial idea to the finished implementation.

Will the Cabinetheroes really come to my home?

Yes, personal planning on site is a central component of our concept.

Your Cabinetheroes will visit you at home, take a close look at the room, take measurements and work with you to develop a solution that fits your home and your requirements exactly.

The measurement and consultation are completely free of charge and non-binding for you.

How long does it take from the consultation to the finished wardrobe?

As soon as you decide on your custom-made wardrobe during the consultation, it usually takes around 4 to 8 weeks for your wardrobe solution to be completed and installed in your home.

Our carpenters and joiners take care of every step – from production to professional installation. The result is a solution that is implemented quickly, reliably and precisely.

Can I make a request without a location in my city?

Yes, in any case. Even if your city is not yet directly listed, it is worth making an inquiry.

Our Cabinetheroes often work nationwide within their region and are happy to check whether your project can also be implemented.
