Kitchen modernization through front replacement with a strong colour concept
This project shows how an existing kitchen can be completely restaged by replacing the fronts.
The aim was to retain the functionality of the existing kitchen under the pitched roof, but to rethink it visually – with a clear design and a bold choice of colors.
The initial situation
The kitchen was located under a sloping roof and was therefore limited in its flexible design and arrangement of the kitchen elements.
At the same time, the existing structure was to be retained without implementing a complete redesign.
The challenge was to upgrade the existing kitchen and give it a modern, independent look.
The idea behind it
Instead of replacing the entire kitchen, a conscious decision was made to replace the fronts in order to utilize the existing substance and create a completely new design at the same time.
The choice fell on a burgundy red color scheme, which makes a clear statement and gives the kitchen its own identity.
The concept was complemented by a harmonious lighting concept that specifically emphasizes the surfaces.
The implementation
The existing kitchen units were fitted with new fronts in burgundy red and precisely adapted to the sloping roof.
Clear lines and handle-emphasized elements ensure a modern, minimalist look.
Integrated LED lighting under the wall units provides targeted lighting accents and at the same time improves the function of the work area.
The combination of a dark worktop, bold color scheme and well thought-out planning creates a kitchen that makes a statement despite the limited space available.
The result
The result is a kitchen that has completely changed without being completely rebuilt.
Replacing the fronts gives the room a new look – modern, bold and individual.
