Custom-made dressing room with glass fronts, lighting concept and central island
This project shows how a bespoke dressing room can become a room concept in its own right.
The aim was to create a solution that combines storage space, presentation and comfort – while creating a calm, luxurious atmosphere.
The initial situation
The room offered great potential due to its size and the sloping roof, but at the same time placed high demands on planning and design.
We were looking for a dressing room that was spacious, offered maximum function and at the same time did not appear cluttered.
The challenge was to combine architecture, storage space and design into a coherent unit.
The idea behind it
Instead of classic rows of cupboards, the aim was to create a continuous concept that structures the space and at the same time creates an open effect.
Glass fronts and targeted lighting should emphasize special pieces, while closed areas ensure order.
The concept was complemented by a central island, which provides additional storage space and visually structures the room.
The implementation
The dressing room was planned to fit perfectly, taking into account the sloping roof and was fully integrated into the room architecture.
Matt fronts in warm beige tones form the calm base, while deep black glass doors with integrated lighting set specific accents.
Open shelves offer space for bags and accessories and make selected pieces visible.
The free-standing island with glass surface serves as a jewelry and storage solution and structures the room at the same time.
A well thought-out lighting concept ensures that contents are staged and the dressing room is given a special atmosphere.
The result
The result is a dressing room that is not only functional, but also acts as a space.
The combination of material, light and structure creates a calm, luxurious environment – with maximum storage space and a clear design.
